Greater Wellness Pilates
A brand-new reformer studio in Parramatta needed to fill classes before it had a reputation to lean on. We designed a warm, booking-first site and built the entire booking system behind it: class calendar, scheduling, payments and reminders, fully set up and running from day one.

The results
Bookings made online, self-serve
self-serveMembers find a class, book and pay in one flow, day or night.
Admin time on bookings each week
90% lessScheduling, payments and confirmations now run themselves.
Mobile performance score
out of 100Most class bookings happen on a phone, so the site is built for one.
No-shows per week
60% fewerAutomatic reminders do the chasing so the front desk does not have to.
Class revenue collected at booking
no chasingMoney arrives with the booking. No invoices, no follow-ups, no awkward conversations.
Hours the schedule takes bookings
always openA good chunk of bookings come in after 8pm, when no one would have answered the phone.
Booking and admin figures are client-reported since launch. Performance measured with Lighthouse.
The challenge
Opening a studio with zero brand recognition, the team was heading for bookings managed through Instagram DMs, phone calls and a spreadsheet. Every booking would have meant manual back-and-forth, payment chasing and a calendar kept in someone’s head, leaving little time to actually run classes.
What we built
A warm, booking-first website with the whole operations layer behind it. We set up the class calendar and scheduling from scratch, integrated it directly with the website, connected payments, and wired up automatic confirmations and reminders. A first-time visitor can find a class, book it and pay for it in one flow, at 11pm on a Sunday, without anyone at the studio lifting a finger.
How we did it
Booking-first design
Every page points to the schedule. Pricing is clear, the feel is warm, and the path from first visit to first class is never more than two taps.
The full booking system
Class calendar and scheduling set up from scratch and integrated directly into the website, so the studio manages classes in one place and the site always shows live availability.
Payments built in
Casual classes, packs and memberships are paid at the point of booking. No invoices to send, no payment chasing, no awkward front-desk conversations.
Reminders and confirmations
Every booking triggers its own confirmation and reminder automatically, cutting no-shows and keeping the team off the phone.
The outcomeThe studio opened with a booking system most established gyms would envy. Classes fill online while the team teaches, payments arrive with the booking, and the schedule runs itself.
We opened with everything already running. People book and pay at midnight and we just watch the class list fill up. I honestly do not know how other studios manage this through DMs and spreadsheets.
